Terms of Service

1. Service provider and educational purpose

MyTrade Academy provides digital educational courses, quizzes, simulations, learning records, and related study tools. The service does not provide brokerage, custody, asset management, personalized investment advice, tax or legal advice, trading signals, transaction execution, or any guarantee of results.

2. Subscription price, billing, and renewal

Pro is a recurring digital subscription. The applicable price, currency, and monthly or annual billing interval are displayed before you approve payment. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, there is no free trial. PayPal processes the subscription and it renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Any applicable taxes or PayPal charges are displayed or governed by PayPal.

A displayed price does not by itself mean checkout is available. A paid subscription is created only after PayPal approves it. Pro access is active only after the entitlement appears in your MyTrade Academy account.

3. Digital delivery and access

Paid services are delivered digitally through your account. If PayPal confirms a payment but Pro access does not appear, contact support@mytrade.courses and do not submit a second payment. We may request the account email and PayPal subscription or transaction identifier to investigate.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel future renewals through PayPal or by contacting support before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges and does not automatically refund the current paid period. Refund eligibility and request procedures are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. User responsibility and financial risk

Financial trading involves substantial risk of loss. Historical performance, examples, backtests, simulations, and course exercises do not predict future results. You remain responsible for independently verifying information and obtaining advice from appropriately licensed professionals before making real-money decisions.

6. Account use and intellectual property

Access is personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable. You must protect your credentials and may not share accounts, bypass access controls, scrape protected content, resell course materials, or commercially redistribute curriculum, graphics, quiz data, models, or code owned by MyTrade Academy or identified licensors.

7. Privacy, changes, and contact

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms when the service, law, or payment arrangements change; the effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
